SOUTHWEST OF MALONE, TURN WEST ON THE FIRST COUNTY ROAD
SOUTH OF MALONE OFF OF HIGHWAY 308. CEMETERY IS LOCATED
INSIDE THE SECOND LEFT HAND BEND IN THE COUNTY ROAD.
YOU CAN’T SEE IT UNLESS YOU WALK INTO THE TREES.
CEMETERY IS UNKEPT AND SEVERAL STONES ARE BROKEN OR
KNOCKED OVER, PROBABLY FROM FALLING TREES

(broken stone) Hedge died Jan 22, 1876 aged 17 years 6
months 10 days (this would be James "Jimmie" Hedge, son
of "Bettie" Petty Hedge Burross by her first husband
who died in about 1856

age 22 years, (unreadable) mos, (unreadable) days.

the child of neighbors and weren’t related to family)

One broken stone about 3 feet tall. Initials J. B.
(possibly foot marker)


Small stone. Initials W. C. H. (I assume this to be
William Carroll Hedge, April 1852 - 7 Aug 1912, son
of "Bettie" Petty Hedge Burross by her first husband
who died in about 1856.)
